(formerly ADTX Systems, Inc.) partnered with one of the biggest and most diversified Filipino conglomerates in the Philippines, Alsons Corporation (a member of the Alcantara Group of Companies), to establish Alsons/AWS Information Systems, Inc. or AAISI on May 21,1997.
